Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-11-01. StageZap is built for real-estate, interior and product imagery, and for retouching your own ID photos and headshots. Every prompt is checked by automated moderation; requests that violate this policy are refused, logged, and may lead to account suspension.
Prohibited content
You may not upload, request or generate:
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive material of any kind.
- Anything involving minors in a sexual, suggestive, abusive or exploitative context — reported to authorities.
- Non-consensual content: intimate imagery of real people without consent, harassment, stalking or doxxing.
- Real-person deepfakes: realistic images of identifiable real people (including public figures) depicting them in situations that did not happen, or impersonation.
- Violence and gore: graphic violence, mutilation, self-harm, or glorification of terrorism or extremism.
- Hate: content attacking or demeaning people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
- Illegal activity: drugs, weapons, fraud, counterfeit documents or products, or anything illegal where you or we operate.
- Intellectual-property infringement: copyrighted characters, trademarks or logos you have no rights to, or images you do not own.
- ID photo misuse: using the ID / passport / visa photo tool on someone else's photo without their permission, changing a person's identity or face, swapping faces, or attempting to create or alter identity documents, document pages, stamps, seals or official marks.
- Deceptive use: misleading property listings (e.g. hiding defects), fake reviews, spam or misinformation.
Enforcement
We use automated moderation (a multilingual keyword filter and the Creem moderation API) before generation, plus manual review. Refused requests are not charged. Repeated or severe violations result in account termination.
