Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-11-01. StageZap ("we", "us") operates stagezap.com, an AI image studio for real-estate and e-commerce images. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Data we collect
- Account data: your email address (email login code or Google sign-in) and basic profile name/avatar supplied by Google.
- Content: images you upload, prompts you enter and images generated for you.
- Payment data: payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem. We never see or store your full card number; we receive order status, amount and a customer reference.
- Technical data: a salted hash of your IP address (for abuse prevention and rate limits), cookies needed for login sessions, and basic request logs.
How we use data
- To provide the service: generate images, keep your history and credits.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and prohibited content (including automated content moderation of prompts).
- To answer support requests and send login codes and transactional emails.
We do not sell personal data and do not use your uploads to train our own models.
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email routing), AI image model providers (to process generation requests), Creem (payments and content moderation), Resend (transactional email), Google (optional sign-in).
Retention
Uploaded and generated images are kept so you can access your history; you may ask us to delete your account and content at any time. Moderation and security logs are kept up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing support@stagezap.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use only essential cookies for sessions and preferences. No advertising cookies.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
