Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-11-01. By using stagezap.com ("StageZap", "the service") you agree to these terms.
1. The service
StageZap provides AI-powered virtual staging, product photo and image editing tools. Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them before use. Virtually staged real-estate images should be disclosed as such where required by law or listing rules.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse requests, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, without refund of credits used in the violation.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to images you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, to outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
5. Payments, credits and refunds
Paid plans and credit packs are sold through our merchant of record, Creem, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Credits are consumed per generation; credits for failed or refused generations are returned automatically. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, contact support@stagezap.com within 14 days and we will review a refund for unused credits. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period.
5a. ID, passport, visa photos and headshots
The ID photo tool only retouches a photo of yourself (or of someone who has given you permission): it changes the background, framing, size and optionally clothing while preserving the person's identity. It does not swap faces or create a different person, and it never produces document pages, frames, stamps, seals or other document elements. You must confirm that the photo is your own before each use. We do not guarantee that any output will be accepted by a government, embassy, employer or other organization; always check the official requirements yourself.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features and will update these terms with notice on this page.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
