Modern virtual staging
When you don’t know who the buyer will be, go modern. Clean lines, a white and warm‑gray palette with black accents, and low‑profile furniture let the architecture take center stage. StageZap’s Modern style is our most‑used preset for city apartments, new builds and flips.

Frequently asked questions
Is “modern” the same as “contemporary”?
Close enough for staging: our Modern style is a current, neutral contemporary look rather than strict mid‑century modernism (which is its own style).
Can I add a pop of color?
Yes — type something like “emerald velvet accent chair” in Extra wishes.
Will the AI change my walls, windows or floor?
No. Every staging request carries a strict structure lock: walls, windows, doors, flooring, ceiling, perspective and lighting stay as they are, and the output keeps your photo’s aspect ratio. Always compare before publishing, as with any edit.
Do I need to disclose virtual staging?
In most markets, yes. Label staged photos as “virtually staged” and keep the empty original in the gallery. Check your MLS or portal rules — our guide on disclosure covers the common requirements.
